(WJBK) - A movie that became a cult classic is hitting the main stage.
"Love Jones The Musical" will be at Fox Theatre on Friday and Saturday, October 7-8 at 8 p.m.
Based on Theodore Witcher's 1997 cult classic film, the stage adaptation retells the familiar story in a concert style setting featuring a star-studded roster including MC Lyte, Musiq Soulchild, Chrisette Michele, Marsha Ambrosius, Dave Hollister and Raheem DeVaughn.
