Making salmon pasta bake with Cooking Matters program

(FOX 2) - Another Double Your Donation Day is upon us at Gleaners. 

PNC will be matching donations dollar-for-dollar, so your donation will have twice the impact on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. 

Gina Coleman with PNC joined us in studio with TJ Robinson, Cooking Matters Coordinator and Chef & Ramaya Calvin, a child participant of the Cooking Matters program, to tell us more about the day. They also showed us how to make a salmon pasta bake, which you can get the recipe for here.
