(WJBK) - More than three miles of Detroit streets will be shut down this Sunday for a special event as bikes and skates take over the road.
Open Streets Detroit takes place from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday and gives riders the chance to tour Detroit in a safe, car-free space.
This year's route features the new Beacon Park, heading through Corktown and continuing through Southwest Detroit to end at Military Street.
