Pianist Ivan Moshchuk at Fisher Music Center June 9

(WJBK) - Virtuoso pianist and musical theorist Ivan Moshchuk will be in a recital concert performance Thursday, June 9 in Detroit. He'll perform a concert repertoire that includes works by Alexander Scriabin, Johann Sebastian Bach, Maurice Ravel, David DiChiera and Franz Liszt. The performance also marks the launch of "The Detroit Sessions," a cultural collaborative that features multi-disciplinary artistic experiences. The concert includes contemporary dance by ArtLab-J.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be at the Orchestra Hall at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center.
