Rooftop yoga with Yoga Dan

Yoga Dan swings by the studio and teaches me how to levitate, but more importantly he's teaching a rooftop yoga class FOR FREE Tuesday October 13th from 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm. Come on out!

If Halloween is more your style, head on out to Yoga Shelter in West Bloomfield for the 3rd Annual Spooky Dubstep Yoga Rave. Friday October 30th from 7:15 - 8:45 pm. Dress to impress as costumes are strongly encouraged. Admission is 25$ and $20 for Yoga Shelter members.
