Tommy Tune Tonight! at The Berman Center Aug. 25

(WJBK) - Ten-time Tony Award Winner Tommy Tune is taking the stage at the Berman Center for the Performing Arts in West Bloomfield this week.

He'll be performing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 25 in Tommy Tune Tonite!. Tickets start at $63 and are on sale now at www.theberman.org. He'll also be holding a private performance for The Friends of The Berman Gala on August 24.

In his show, Tune takes an autobiographical stroll, celebrating 50-plus years of showmanship. Michael Biagi, Tune's music director for nearly four decades, accompanies this Broadway legend for an evening of unforgettable music featuring Tune's renditions of standards by Irving Berlin, Kurt Weill, Cole Porter, Johnny Mercer, Burt Bacharach, the Gershwins, Carole King, Green Day and more.
