Gutsy driver fishtails on purpose on snowy highway

The people of Rochester, New York, are no stranger to snow covered roads. So, to live there, they have to be skilled at driving in bad conditions. This guy is.

A YouTube video appeared on Thursday from Mark Reussow who captured what he called the "Worst best driver in the history of a snow storm". 

The daring driver was weaving back and forth during a storm on Tuesday in Rochester. During the 27 second clip, he gets dangerously close to a nearby pickup truck but somehow he avoids crashing.

But he's not the only one who's driving risky on the highway: Mark appears to be holding the camera while recording the incident.
