Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity is continuing their protest, standing with Colin Kaepernick who is a member of the brotherhood.

His stance has been to point out the unequal treatment by blacks in America with an emphasis on black boys and men.

A big protest to Ford Field is planned for Thanksgiving day.

Any type of movement you have, you have to sustain that movement, fraternity member Eric Brown said.

A movement that has caught on across the country with football players kneeling and some locking arms in solidarity.

The Kappa’s first protest made national headlines back in September when they marched to Ford Field.

They plan on doing it again and not relenting.

"Look at who backs the NFL, if you hit their pocket books that makes the biggest difference," fraternity member Gregory Gains said.

On Thursday, November 23, there are only three NFL games that will be played; one being in Detroit.

Protestors will leave peacefully from the corner of Erskine Street and Brush in Detroit to head south toward Ford Field. They are calling for those young and old to support this cause.
