Leaders discuss limiting Gov. Whitmer’s powers and recalling her

DETROIT. - There’s a group of people who think Governor Whitmer has overreached by engaging her executive powers without legislative approval during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

FOX 2’s Hilary Golston sat down with Jim Makowski, the leader of Guarding Against Government Excess. He not only wants to limit those powers that the governor has, but also recall her.
