Let It Rip Weekend: Detroit one year after bankruptcy

Detroit came out of Chapter Nine roughly one year ago. 

Some say Detroit has a bright future while others say the bankruptcy deal was bad for the city. 

We take a closer look at some of the problems the city faces post-Chapter 9 and how they can be fixed.
