DETROIT (WJBK) - The second shooting in two days has been reported at Mack near Newport Thursday.
A 52-year-old man was critically wounded outside a Detroit auto shop where the owner was killed Wednesday.
Police say a burgundy colored van pulled up and a man inside opened fire, shooting the victim four times at about 3:15 p.m. It is unknown if the incidents are connected.
On Wednesday two men walked into the shop and fatally shot owner Willie Foster at 2:30 p.m. The suspects, who police believe knew the 50-year-old victim, were said to have fled in a white Chevrolet Impala.
There has been no description released on any suspects in this latest shooting. Erika Erickson is at the scene and working the story for 5 p.m.
