An MDOT camera shows crews cleaning up a hazmat situation caused by a rolled over semi on I-75 in southwest Detroit Sunday.
DETROIT (WJBK) - Hazmat crews responded to a rollover accident involving a semi truck Sunday afternoon on I-75 at Schaefer Highway in southwest Detroit.
The call came in approximately 12:10 p.m. Sunday.
A level 1 hazmat situation was declared when the truck began leaking fuel. Thankfully, no injuries or evacuations have been reported.
The ramp from I-75 to Schaefer has since reopened.
No word yet on when the accident will be clear.
