The Summer Beer Fest will be held at the Royal Oak Farmers Market on June 20th. The festival will have over 50 breweries from around the world. It's an opportunity to have fun, listen to music and taste new brews.

Lemon Basil Chicken
2 large chicken breasts split into two
1 cup. Seasoned flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1Tbs chopped garlic
1 Tbs chopped shallots
2 Tbs chiffonade. Basil
1 oz. Lemon juice
2oz. White wine
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Heat olive oil in a large skillet till shimmering. Place chicken in oil. Cook until golden brown about 1 minute till golden brown. Turn chicken. Cook for one minute. Place chicken on cookie sheet and put in oven preheated to 350° for 5 minutes. While chicken is in oven add garlic and shallots to their skillet there chicken was in. Cook until translucent. Add wine and reduce 75%.add cream and reduce until they sauce coats there back of a spoon. Add basil salt and pepper to taste. Put chicken on platter pour sauce over chicken and serve. Serves 4
