Ypsilanti school on lockdown after possible bullet hole found in window

A school in Ypsilanti has been placed on lockdown after an administrator discovered what appears to be a bullet hole in one of the school windows.

Forest Elementary was placed on lockdown around 9 a.m. Monday just after the admin saw the shattered window.

Police are currently on scene. No one reported hearing a shot and authorities aren't sure when the possible shooting would have happened.

Authorities have recovered the bullet.
