Tarrie Daniel killed in a hit-and-run, the driver is still wanted by police

Tarrie Daniel was traveling in his motorized wheelchair on Martha Washington Drive when he was struck by a car and killed. The suspect's vehicle is a 2009-2011 Jaguar XF.
