Chatting with the author of " Barkeep: The Art of Mixology, Bar, and Cocktails"

National Bloody Mary day is January 1. Danilo Bo?ovi?, author and Co-founder of Swizzle Rum Bar and Drinkery was supposed to show us how to make a Bloody Mary. Unfortunately, we had some technical issues, and had to keep the interview short. Here is his recipe for a Bloody Mary: 2 oz Absolut Elyx Vodka 4 oz tomato juice ? oz lemon juice 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce Pinch of salt and pepper Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice, cover with a cap-shaker and mix the cocktail by gently shaking.
