Monroe pastor wins Best of Humankind Award from USA Today for charitable works

Pastor Heather Boone was recognized for her work helping the homeless which started with a shelter, and has expanded to a non-profit food pantry, clothes closet, soup kitchen, childcare center and medical clinic.
