Supporters of amendment to legalize abortion appeal to Michigan Supreme Court for ballot drive

More than 560,000 verified signatures were on a ballot drive to put the question of abortion on the November vote. But the board of canvassers rejected it because of typographical issues. Now, supporters are asking the state Supreme Court to take it on.
