Secretary of State says Gold Star mom's license plate is obscene, won't renew it

Paula received a form letter stating the SOS will not issue personalized license plates that are considered obscene - refusing to issue a new one with 'W1lly' her late daughter - a KIA in Operation Iraqi Freedom's nickname. Shortly after this story aired, the Secretary of State issued the plate.
