Dearborn man arrested for ethnic intimidation

A 35-year-old Dearborn man was arrested for ethnic intimidation after he reportedly yelled at and insulted both parents and children at a Bloomfield Township day care Friday morning. He was arrested on Saturday and is awaiting formal arraignment.
