Man gets prison after crash kills fiancee

A Clinton Township man apologized during his sentencing Tuesday after he crashed while fleeing police last year, killing his fiancee. Jason Brilla was sentenced to 40-60 years in prison, a sentence that was handed down after victim impact statements from Jennel Castro's children were read.
