Suspected crime ring hitting wealthy Oakland County communities are from South America: Sheriff

From luxury watches to precious metals, high-end homes in Oakland County have seen a surge in thefts. It is suspected that gangs are coming primarily from South America, said Oakland County Sheriff, Michael Bouchard.
