Kale & Chicken Caesar Wrap
2 cups kale leaves
1/4 cup vegan parmesan
1 red apple, sliced
• Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
• Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
• In the same skillet, add chopped kale and cook for 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
• In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, sautéed kale, vegan Parmesan cheese, and red apples
• Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
• Warm the wraps in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
• Spoon the chicken and kale mixture onto each wrap.
• Roll up the wraps, folding in the sides as you go.
1. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding ingredients like croutons, avocado slices, or extra veggies to suit your taste.
