Hamtramck councilmembers address allegations of non-residency

Tensions boiling over tonight in Hamtramck where two city council members running for re-election are accused of not living in the city they represent. Those are the findings of a private investigator and it?s drawn widespread criticism but other city leaders say there?s no legal definition of ?residency? for Hamtramck officials in the first place.
