Visitors can try the best sauce recipes on Saturday, May 24th. Sweet & Spicy Orange Glaze Ingredients: 2 (18 oz) jars Blake?s Orange Marmalade 2 jars filled with water (use the marmalade jars) 2 oz Dijon mustard 1?2 oz Sriracha (adjust to taste) Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the orange marmalade, water, Dijon mustard, and Sriracha. 2. Stir well and heat over medium until the mixture is fully combined. 3. Allow the glaze to come to a gentle bubble and simmer for a few minutes. 4. Pour into a heat-safe container. Serving Suggestions: This glaze is perfect for wings, shrimp, and a variety of other dishes. Drizzle it over grilled meats, use it as a dip, or brush it on roasted veggies! Note: *water amount can be adjusted based on how thick or thin you want your glaze to be. Keep in mind, it will thicken up when it sits after cooking.
