Niko Noir releases 2nd album titled "Who Can Blame Niko"

Niko Noir released her highly anticipated album on May 18th titled, ?Who Can Blame Niko.? This is a follow up to her 2021 debut EP ?Blame Niko.? The project includes 9 tracks that?blend several styles of R&B, solidifying her moniker as "Ms. All Things R&B." Bre Teamer chats with Niko Noir about her new music.
