As the Lung Nodule and Breast Program Coordinator at the hospital, the nurse navigator sees every day the importance of early detection for health concerns. ?If we can help folks addresses health needs at the start, we can help them avoid bigger problems later. Reaching out into the community with support is part of being a community hospital.?
