Police up curfew enforcement after 2-year-old shot in Detroit

Detroit police say they will be cracking down on curfew enforcements for minors after two juveniles were detained in connection with a shooting that wounded a 2-year-old boy. The boy was watching fireworks when he was hit by a stray bullet over Fourth of July weekend.
