The Whitney introduces special menu celebrating Detroit

Dave Duey, The Whitney's executive director, and Josh Sloop, The Whitney's executive chef, demonstrated how to prepare Vernors Glazed Salmon. It's one of the dishes on the Detroit Classics menu through July 25. The restaurant is also hosting a birthday bash to celebrate Detroit's 324th birthday.
