Pontiac teen dead, one wounded in shooting near M1 Concourse

The fourth suspect in the Pontiac shooting that left one person dead has been arrested, according to Oakland County officials. Deputies say the 16-year-old Pontiac teen turned himself into the Oakland County Sheriff?s Office in Pontiac at 6 p.m. two hours after a third suspect, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested at 4 p.m.
