Chuck Bennett's "Please and Thank You Fund" teaches young people fine dining etiquette

Beginning on Saturday, July 19, the "Please and Thank You Fund" will host a free five-week program that teaches kids ages 14 to 18 dining etiquette. Registration ends July 26.
