City of Detroit to sponsor James Baldwin Sidewalk Libraries in neighborhoods across Detroit

The City Office of Arts, Culture and Entrepreneurship (Detroit ACE) has partnered with veteran Detroit creative Sabrina Nelson, Charles H.
