Judicial panel recommends 30 days suspension, censure for Judge Lisa Gorcyca

Oakland County Judge Lisa Gorcyca should be suspended for 30 days and receive a public censure after being found guilty of misconduct in the Tsimonhi custody case, the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission recommended on Monday.
