18-year-old Chesterfield Twp man killed in head-on collision on River Road

Just before 3 a.m. Monday on a curvy road in Macomb County investigators say an 18 year old man driving a BMW started to pass a motorist in front of him who was driving a Saab It was a move that would prove to be deadly.
