Charges reinstated in East Detroit High School drowning

It?s a tragedy that?s haunted a Macomb County mother for years. Her son died in a school swimming pool. A teacher was arrested for involuntary manslaughter when suddenly, the case was dismissed. Now, those charges are reinstated.
