Ex-Ann Arbor officer charged with open murder, accused fatally strangling wife

Police say former Ann Arbor police officer Ken Neigebauer was arrested for the strangulation of his 63-year-old wife Marcia Neigebauer on Nov. 19 in their Pittsfield Charter Township home.
