7-year-old boy critically hurt by stray bullet, person of interest in custody

Police say the shot came from somewhere in the 11000 block of Wilshire, and came through the window of a home on Chelsea Avenue, which is one block south. This neighborhood is near Outer Drive and Dickerson Avenue.?
