Cousin: Man accused in Detroit Halloween murder told victims 'one of ya'll gotta die'

Antonio Hubbard, 25, is accused of shooting four teenagers of Halloween, killing one of them. He was charged with 16 counts Friday including first degree murder, felony murder, armed robbery and torture.
