Detroit Education Society helps students lift up Detroit Public Schools

In 2013, a group of Indian American Doctors, Engineers and Business people decided to start a group called the Detroit Education Society. They went to dozens of schools throughout metro Detroit and had the students there start clubs. The students work as tutors to help lift up Detroit Public Schools students who may need extra help on their homework.
