Imperial celebrating Dia de los Muertos Nov. 2

Imperial will be celebrating Dia de los Muertos on Nov. 2 with community altars and a special menu. Artist-decorated paper mache skulls will also be auctioned off for charity. Chef Kelsey Collins and Sagen Isham joined us on The Nine to tell us more about the celebration.
