Family oriented man starts Cardinal Foundation in memory of his mother

Ronald Cannon, a native Detroiter has started a nonprofit in honor of his mother. With initiatives toward engaging youths to be meet and bond with community professionals, Cannon has worked to ensure the safety of area students by providing safe routes to school and partnering with other organizations.
