Birmingham dentists shut down office for day to serve 40 kids free dental work

It was all smiles for 40 kids at a Birmingham dentist who got free dental work on Friday. The Saad Dental Group provided anything the kids needed, from fillings to tooth extractions and fluoride treatments.
