EU ambassador Gordon Sondland testifies there was quid pro quo but he didn't hear it from Trump

European Union ambassador Gordon Sondland spoke during Wednesday's impeachment hearings and said that there was a quid pro quo involving Ukraine, but he said he did not hear that from President Donald Trump.
