Bodycam footage from Clinton Township arrest of man on November 12 released

Dramatic bodycam footage shows an intense standoff between Clinton Township police and 26-year-old Devonita Blakes, who originally fled to his apartment after firing at 14 shots at his child's mother while she and their 2-yare-old son were in a car.
