Wine Wednesday: Mawby Vineyards

"MAWBY" is a sparkling wine experience with vineyards and a tasting room located in the rolling coastal hills of Leelanau County adjacent to Lake Michigan. MAWBYness is a feeling of being, an everyday celebration, and a toast to life excluding none. All MAWBY sparkling wines and ciders are produced by fermenting two times to standards perfected over many years. The second fermentation takes place in a closed vessel, and produces a natural effervescence (MAWBY wines are not carbonated). MAWBY produces a range of sparkling wines with tastes to suit most any palate, each uniquely approachable, with their own personality and purpose.
