Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer says husband invoking her name to get boat in the water was a joke

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said her husband did ask a boat company to put their boat in the water right before Memorial Day and said he was joking when he asked if it helped that he was married to the Governor.
