West Detroit fatal shooting investigation turns into barricaded gunman standoff

Detroit police are investigating a scene on the 15700 Block of Dexter near Livernois where they found a 30-year-old man dead with a gunshot wound in a Jeep. After police arrested one man believed to be in connection to the shooting, they arrived at a house where another suspect is believed to be - however the individual has not cooperated with police.
