Grand River streetscape project enters second year on west side of Detroit

Wednesday's announcement is just one part of a broader pla. A two-year project that began last year to transform Grand River Avenue between Berg and the Southfield freeway. Streetscaping traffic improvements, water main and lead service line replacement, and road resurfacing efforts have been all wrapped into one by Detroit's water department on the city's west side.
