Rebekah Coleman is first African American, first woman to lead Harper Woods

Rebekah Coleman says it brings her joy serving in her hometown, now she's the first African American and first woman to lead the city of Harper Woods, succeeding a mayor who stepped down for saying he 'understood why people become white supremacists'.
