Detroit Fire Department addressing multiple instances of employees working under the influence

The Detroit Fire Department is expected to hold a press conference later Tuesday as it manages the fallout after two of its employees were found to be under the influence of alcohol while responding to calls. In both cases, drivers crashed the vehicle they were handling.
